Wall Ball
KB High Pull
Bench jumps or step-ups
Thrusters
Cyclorama steps w/superman, spider-man planks, and squat jumps
Finish w/ ab circuit
Performances:
Compare scores to 12 May 08. (Remember we did barrier jumps then, so the scores will be somewhat inflated.)
