What are your fitness goals?

Why are you in camp right now? Do you want to lose 10 lbs? Fit it into that old Superman suit? Improve your mile time by 10 seconds? Get a Tabata squat score over 20? Be ready to chase a loose a Blue Crane if it escapes? What are your fitness goals?

Please Post your fitness goals to the comments.

My goal is to run the Homespun 5K on 7/19 in less than 35 minutes this year. I also want to run the entire thing. Last year I had just started to run. I ran the entire way out, but mixed up walking and running on the way back. I cannot remember my time, but I think it was somewhere around 38 minutes.

Hey kids,
My general goal is to break this dang weight plateau. After loosing a good deal of weight over the past 3 years I've hit a whopping year-long wall and I'd like to loose about 15 more lbs.

Specifically I'd like to become a better sprinter and get into better form with non-chick push ups!

Ps I still hate burpees

My goal is to get physically fit enough to run the Peachtree Road Race in the high 40 minutes to low 50 minutes. I am also aiming to get rid of my "keg" of a stomach.

Burpees are my favorite...ha ha just kidding

Ok, so I've been thinking about it...and really I want to be able to snowboard without having to stop because I;m tired and out of shape for the next season!!! I know that sounds silly (and far away), but when I was learning last season, I would get going and do really well but then have to stop since my legs would get weak.

Right now my fitness goal is to not throw up in the heat, and try not to walk as much when we're running/jogging! : )

You know the good ol' Superman suit is a bit stretched to the limit these days. My goal is to improve my overall level of fitness and increase my endurance for the core exercises. Weight loss is a key issue here that diet, along with exercise will produce great results. I am pleased by my progressing level of fitness and look forward to more challenges.
