17 Mar 08: First Day!

Monday's Workout:
Pushup/Situp/Squat instruction
60 sec. assessments: Pushup/Situp/Squat(how many consecutive without resting)
10 min circuit – AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) – 5 burpees, 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, run to the fence.

60 sec Assessments:
(push-ups/sit-ups/squats; k=knee, w=wall)
