17 Apr 08: Bring A Friend Day

Workout:
Dice Game
Roll two dice and do 20 reps per exercise for each roll of the following:
1--Burpees
2--Push-ups
3--Sit-ups
4--Squats
5--Shoulder Press
6--Curls
Then run 100m, lunge 25m, bear crawl 25m, crab walk 25m, power skip 25m back to the beginning and roll again.

Toy Circuit:
20 reps at each station for 15 min.
KB swings
Slam balls
Thrusters
Double unders (100 jump rope)
Broad jump
