300m shuttle run, 90 sec rest
200m shuttle run, 90 sec rest
100m shuttle run, 90 sec rest
3 min rest between rounds
Station work (2 min.@ each station):
- 30 Spiderman planks each side/30 situps
- 5 PVC rows / 10 jumping jacks
- Double Unders
- 10 Thrusters/10 Pushups
