24 Apr 08: Sprint Work and Strength Circuit

Workout:
Sprint up hill for 100m, 10 push-up burpees. Repeat as many times as possible in 15 min.

3 Stations for 15 min
60 Prisoner squats
40 total one-arm shoulder press w/ bars or KBs (20 each arm)
20 PVC rows
