Workout:
3 Rounds:
2-3 Turkish Get-ups each side
Run a lap
Station work:
Cone 1 – 20 push-ups with a row ---- overhead lunge between cones
Cone 2 - 20 barrier jumps
Cone 3 – 20 push presses each arm
Repeat for 15 min.
Finish with ab work with buddy.
