20 step-ups (each leg)
20 mountain climbers (each leg)
20 upright rows (w/band)
100 jumping jacks
Performances:
(Example: Ben 3.2 => Ben completed 3 full rounds and everything through the dips (the second exercise) of a fourth round.)
