26 May 08: The Basic and Death March

Workout:
"The Basic"
AMRAP in 15 min. of:
5 burpees
10 push-ups
15 sit-ups
20 squats
run 50m

Memorial Day Death March in honor of our fallen heroes:
20 min of lunge w/ hamstring holds, bear crawl, crab walk, side step squats w/ bands and more lunges.
