Push-ups w/ slow shoulder press

Everyone improved their times from 3 Jun (it was freakin' hot that day!), and we had 4 PRs (personal records) today--way to go Jenna, Lori, Scott, and Sprina! Jenna improved by 30 seconds, and Lori improved her best by 40 seconds.

Wednesday Homework
Run a 5K.
Use www.mapmyrun.com to create a 5K (3.1 miles) route around your neighborhood. Go as fast as you can, and walk, roll, crawl, shuffle, carioca or bunny hop as needed. I really don't care how you do it, but move your body under your own power for 3.1 miles and record your time.
Again, please post your time to the comments. Or, if you're doing some other form of exercise as your homework please post that to the comments as well. Even if you do it on Saturday.
