1 Jul 08: Push-Up Burpees, Strength Circuit, and Cyclorama Stairs

Workout:
30 push-up burpees for time

Newbies get KB instruction

20-min strength circuit; 20 each of:
prisoner squats
parallel-grip body rows
1-arm KB thrusters (10 each arm)
upright rows w/ bands
jumping slamballs
bench dips

Cyclorama steps and sprints
